Recently relocated from Southern California, Emily Lenck is an active performer and teacher in the Washington, D.C. area. A native of Florida, Ms. Lenck received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of South Florida, studying under Carolyn Stuart. She continued her studies as a graduate teaching assistant to Lina Bahn at the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning a Master of Music degree in Violin Performance.
Ms. Lenck has performed in masterclasses for Augustin Hadelich, James Buswell, and Jeffrey Multer. An avid chamber musician, she has had coachings with members of The Takacs Quartet, The Emerson Quartet, and The Ying Quartet. She has performed and recorded for artists including The Temptations, Michael Bolton, Deadmau5, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Placido Domingo, Streetlight Manifesto, and Coolio. As a teacher, Ms. Lenck’s focus is always on creating a customized curriculum for each student to promote growth, creativity, and ultimately have fun while growing as a musician.
